2nd Line / / 3rd Line Support Engineer (O365, W10, Windows Server) is required for an international company based in Leeds.



The ideal 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Engineer (O365, W10, Windows Server) will have experience providing 2nd Line / 3rd Line support for internal infrastructure across the Microsoft stack in the following technical areas:



* Windows Server 2008 / 2012
* W10
* Deployment of O365
* Experience using Active Directory and writing group policies



Training in Azure!



Working as a 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support Engineer (O365, W10, Windows Server) you will be in a team of three supporting up to 400 users across the UK doing a mix of 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support. This is a small team who are doing some really exciting work with both BAU support and projects.



As a 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to get involved in upgrade projects as the company migrates from an on-premises infrastructure to an Azure cloud environment.



The role is based in Leeds with occasional travel to the office in Bath involved.



Salary is up to £25,000!
